Wendy Watson serves as the Executive Assistant to Ross W. Thomas, Founder of Delphi Business Properties, Inc. Wendy is also responsible for managing Ross Thomas’s Property Management operation which includes three (3) property managers that work for him.
Wendy is responsible for supporting Ross assisting in sales, leasing transactions, and managing the Property Management team who manages over 1,700,000 sq. ft. She also manages Ross’s personal real estate portfolio and finances.
Wendy started work for Ross Thomas at Delphi in 2000 as a property manager. While being a property manager, she was initially responsible for managing approximately 10 – 20 industrial properties at a time. Her duties included collecting monthly rents, sending owners monthly reports, paying all bills associated with each property, solving tenant issues, building turnovers, scheduling maintenance to the properties, billing for CAM and water charges, and visiting the properties frequently to inspect for maintenance items.
In 2004, Wendy because the Executive Assistant to Ross W, Thomas, assisting him in industrial leasing, sales and supervising his property management division. Wendy has worked with Ross to complete hundreds of sale and lease transactions, supporting him with showing listings, negotiations, drafting lease/sale documents, interfacing with clients and their attorneys, closing escrows, in additional to handling his personal finances and portfolio.
Wendy graduated in 2004 from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance. She obtained her sales persons license in 2004 and is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association. Wendy lives in Pasadena with her husband of sixteen (16) years and their two children, Bailey (13) and Ben (10). She is on the Board of Directors for the Wunderglo Foundation which raises money for colon cancer research along with being on the PTO Board at her son’s school.
