Ross serves as Delphi’s Founding Partner responsible for Sales, Leasing and Property Management. Ross specializes in industrial leasing, building and land sales, build to suit, tenant representations, landlord representation and Investment property sales, in and around the San Fernando Valley. Ross’s work ethic and success during the fifty (50) years he has been in the industrial real estate industry, has earned him a great amount of respect in the brokerage community.
Ross started Delphi in 1983 when he was one of three founding partners of the firm. Ross has completed some of the largest /most complex transactions in the Northwest Los Angeles area, including:

Ross also, has formed, currently owns and manages numerous real estate partnerships. Ross and his staff currently manage over 1,700,000 square feet of industrial properties owned by Ross’s partnerships and properties owned by third parties, as well. Ross continues to be involved in leasing of his own properties, as well as those owned by his current and past clients.
Ross has been/is involved in several professional organizations. He was the 2002 President of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR) and was on the Board of Directors of the AIR for ten (10) years. Ross is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). In 2001, Ross was named as one of the 25 Most Influential Business Leaders in the San Fernando Valley, and in 2002, Ross was named as one of the top producing Brokers in the San Fernando Valley marketplace by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal.
Ross resides in San Marino with his wife of over fifty (50) years, Maureen. Ross’ son-in-law, Jeff Puffer now owns and operates Delphi Business Properties, Inc. Ross’s other daughter, Wendy Watson, heads up the Property Management Division of Delphi. Ross enjoys being with family, boating and golf.
