Bruce Simpson serves as one of Delphi’s Executive Vice Presidents and a top producer within the brokerage. He has been an Industrial Real Estate Sales Agent for Delphi Business Properties, Inc. for over 30 years. Professional representation of developers, property owners and business operators of mid to large industrial and commercial buildings and developments located throughout the northern Los Angeles and Ventura County regions. Specialties include: Creative marketing, complex negotiation, financial analysis, building design and construction consulting, detailed contract generation and problem solving.
Prior to Delphi, Bruce worked at Rockwell International Corporation. Coordination with the customer (U.S. Airforce), oversight and reporting to Rockwell’s Financial Management with respect to engineering, planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality assurance and inspection activities related to the PeaceKeeper missile program. Every year, Bruce earned “Excellent” and “Outstanding” annual performance reviews by Rockwell International’s top tier management team.
Bruce received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from California State University, Northridge. Industrial Real Estate U.C.L.A. 1989 and has a Management Certification from the Ethics and Proper Business Practices.
